Aromatherapy with massage  

Aromatherapy uses aromatic plant oils for the purpose of altering one’s psychological and physical well being. Blends of therapeutic essential oils are applied through massage to stimulate the desired response.


The Bowen Technique is a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure. The practitioner uses thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to perform Bowen’s unique sets of rolling-type moves which stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body. The body repairs and balances itself for pain relief, improvement of function and recovery of energy.


Craniosacral Therapy supports your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, as well as helping to reduce stress and build your underlying energy. The practitioner senses tensions in the body and helps to release them in a supported and comfortable way. Light contact is made with your head, the base of your spine, and other areas, encouraging your body to relax and begin to make the changes it needs.


A therapy for treating illness that uses very small amounts of substances, that would in larger amounts, produce symptoms of the illness in otherwise healthy people.


Kinesiology is based on the principle that muscles, organs and glands are connected by a network of energetic channels that are often referred to as meridians. Kinesiologists help individuals to identify these blockages by using muscle testing techniques. Kinesiology helps to uncover the root of your health issue by looking at physical, nutritional, emotional and energetical imbalances. A wide range of powerful techniques such as specialised lymphatic massage, emotional work, acupressure, nutritional recommendations and dietary advice help guide you back to optimum health.


The name “Qigong”  covers many different types of internal energetic practices. Qigong can be broken down into different categories of exercises. Within each category there are many variations according to style and goal.


Application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body onto the feet and hands. Such holistic therapy affects a physical change to the body.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is a way of body movement and meditation that originates from Chinese Martial Arts, Medicine and Philosophy. It is a powerful and practical way to harmonise and transform the health of the body and mind through the circulation and cultivation of “Chi” or “Life-force”. Through practicing Tai Chi you learn ways to improve self confidence, help relaxation, correct posture, aid concentration, and improve energy levels and fitness, all of which make it an excellent antidote to many of the stresses and strains of modern day living.

Meditation: One to one or group sessions

The brain is unconscious of its power to spontaneously cause anxiety, stress, depression or even anger. These feelings are merely negative thoughts released into the present moment by the brain e.g. the recalling of a bad memory. Past negative emotions will resurface, causing us to suffer the same old consequences of that harmful memory. This mechanism creates a smoke screen colouring one’s clarity in the present moment.
